With the 2026/27 harvest approaching, deliveries to Bunge sites in August were minimal.
From our six South Australian port terminals we have now surpassed 5 million tonnes of shipping for the season, loading more than 115 vessels since last October to meet the ongoing demand for grain from our network.
This includes 2.2 million tonnes loaded at our Eyre Peninsula ports, 1.6 million tonnes at our Adelaide ports and 1.1 million tonnes at our Yorke Peninsula ports.
As we continue with our harvest preparations, our local teams have been attending various events such as field days and crop walks to connect with customers. We also hosted more than 120 silo committee members, farmer customers, industry representatives and employees for our annual preharvest farmer meeting in Adelaide at the end of August.
These events are an important opportunity to share the work our team has undertaken to prepare for the season while gaining valuable feedback on farmers’ needs to refine our plans and services. We are looking forward to connecting with more farmers at our regional and site preharvest meetings in the coming weeks.
