Updated delivery advice and declaration book(previously grain delivery document)
The grain delivery document has been updated and renamed the delivery advice and declaration book. The new version must be used for all deliveries from this harvest and is available from our sites.

Declare the last commodity carried and cleaning method |
Farmers and carriers must now declare the last load carried and cleaning method for all deliveries in the carrier information section. This ensures vehicles transporting grain meet cleanliness standards required to maintain food safety. Refer to the prior load matrix on our website for the required cleaning method based on previous loads. |
Provide load instructions and split your delivery up to three ways |
To deliver your full load to contract or warehouse: complete row 1 only with your instructions.
To split your delivery: if required, you can split your delivery up to three ways to warehouse, contract or other NGRs. Complete one row for each split. |
Simplified chemical declarations |
For deliveries of current season grain during harvest: use the tick boxes in the chemical declaration section to declare chemicals applied.
For postharvest or prior season deliveries: complete the prior season declaration and fill out the postharvest chemical application section with any chemicals applied, application rate and application date. |
Please note, digital delivery is not available in Western Australia for this harvest.
We have made investments and changes at our sites to streamline and improve deliveries including:
|
New lab at Bunbury for canola deliveries |
New lab at Arthur River for GM canola deliveries |
We have updated our Arthur River traffic management plan with the addition of the new lab for GM canola deliveries.
For GM canola deliveries: Queue to the right for sampling at the GM lab. Once sampled, please stop at the marshalling area. The lab will communicate when you can proceed to the weighbridge.
For all other commodities: Queue to the left at the marshalling area. The lab will communicate when you can proceed past to the main lab for sampling.
No trucks are permitted to queue at the main lab.
Please review the updated plan below or on our website before delivering and follow signage at site, which will direct you through the updated traffic flow.
